Rainbow Cupcakes
Simple way to spice up your traditional cupcake.
Recipe:
- 1 batch of your favorite vanilla or white cake mix
- 2-4 of your favorite colors (this is the fun part, experiment with colors)
How to:
- Divide your batter into 2-4 bowls depending on how many colors you intend to use
- Add color and mix well
- Line cupcake pan with liners
- Spoon batter into cupcake liners, creating layers with each color
- Bake for recommended time, let cool, frost, and enjoy!
